The Mat Pilates Instructor Course is a complete Pilates instructor certification for fitness professionals in Singapore. Delivered 100% online and self-paced, the course takes you from the foundations of Pilates through to confidently designing and delivering your own Mat Pilates sessions. On completion, you'll graduate as a qualified Mat Pilates instructor with a certification recognised by AUSactive — Australia's peak fitness industry body.
Pilates is booming in Singapore, and qualified instructors are in demand across gyms, studios and private training. The course includes approximately 30 hours of coursework plus practical hours, with a multiple-choice theory exam and a video practical assessment. You'll also earn CEUs/CECs with NASM, AFAA and ACE — so if you're already a certified trainer, the course counts toward your re-certification at the same time.

A: There's approximately 30 hours of online coursework, plus 40 hours of observation/self-mastery and 30 hours of practice instructing. It's fully self-paced with no time limit.
A: The theory assessment is a multiple-choice exam. For the practical assessment, you submit a video of yourself teaching a segment of a Pilates class with a minimum of three people.
